Rotation Only counter-rotates the full, uncropped frame around a fixed center point — instant, no frame skipping, no shifting/warping/zooming. Because nothing is cropped, small black wedges appear at the corners when tilted (there's no spare image to fill them with) — that's the trade-off for a completely unmodified, unzoomed picture.
